1. Fill a high powered blender with washed, organic kale, ribs removed.
2. Pack it down a little and added water to almost cover the kale.
3. Blend on high and fill muffin tins overnight.
Next day: remove from freezer let sit on counter for 5-10 minutes and once they thaw enough they slip right out of the muffin tins, put in ziplock and return to freezer.
