Overnight Oats

  • 1/3-1/2 cup Unsweetened Almond milk
  • 1/3 cup gluten free rolled oats
  • 1 tbsp homemade holy crap cereal (see my recipe below)
  • 1-2 tbsp dried fruit of choice (gogi berries, raisins, blueberries, apricots etc…)
Add all ingredients to a mason jar or bowl mix cover and set aside in the fridge and enjoy for breakfast.

Homemade Holy Crap Breakfast Cereal (cheaper ad less sugar added)

Fill a mason jar with 2 tbsp at a time of the following:
  • Raw almonds
  • Chia Seeds
  • Hemp hearts
  • buckwheat grouts
  • pumpkin seeds
Mix and keep refrigerated.
