Protein Pancakes

  • 2/3 cup egg whites
  • 1/4 cup oat bran
  • 1 heaping tbsp coconut flour
  • 2 tbsp whole oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
Blend egg whites, oat bran, coconut flour and baking soda. Pour into pan greased with coconut oil. Sprinkle oats on once side wait 5 minutes and flip.
